Ramada's staff takes this hotel's overall satisfaction level up a couple of notches. From the front desk staff helping us with late evening checkin by furnishing a cart to early morning shuttle service that was not only on time but went beyond the call of duty when we missed our stop -- the staff was friendly and pleasant through everything and most helpful. naikos Jul 31, 2009  We stayed here the day before we left for our honeymon to punta cana. we went to harrahs casino for a while. we do wish ... there was a shuttle that ran from the hotel to the casino :) shuttle drivers to the airport are very friendly! :) Francisco Maza wrote: The ease of use prior to our family vacation was wonderful, made getting to the airport for an early flight very easy, especially with children, the "secured" parking facility was deffinitely a peace of mind, the shuttle service attendants were very curtious. The service and shuttle drivers at the Ramada are to be highly commended!!
